Local artist Tony Hopkins presents a fascinating array of paintings inspired by 60s and 70s comics, record sleeves, advertising, posters, ephemera and "by the people  places and traditions I have known and loved in the local community over the past thirty years."

Originating from quick sketches and photographs, Michael Donnelly's paintings develop slowly over time, drawing attention to the damage we are doing to the natural world and reflecting on the way the abundant spirit of nature is in retreat.

Have you recently been diagnosed with dementia? Joining a Mindset course gives you the opportunity to meet and talk to others who are going through similar experiences. This course is run by a skilled and experienced therapist and is suitable for anyone who has had a diagnosis of dementia in the last eighteen months. Sessions will be held every Tuesday afternoon for ten weeks from 2.00 to 3.30 pm, starting on 10 August.
