Three artists each working in different media present a range of work inspired by, and reflecting, the beauty of the natural world.

Master the art of sourdough breadmaking and discover all the health benefits of this traditional slow-fermented bread. Over the two-day course you will make at least three sourdough loaves to take home with you, and receive personal tuition from expert baker and teacher Dede Liss. Free individual follow-up support will also be available after the course ends.

Develop your creative writing skills with the help of experienced tutor Jo Bousfield. Join us at The George for a very special evening of celebration in honour of Scotland’s best-loved bard. For this festive event, we’ll be offering a traditional Burns Night menu of Haggis, neaps and tatties as well as songs, poetry readings and musical performances in our upstairs gallery.
