Discover all the pleasure and satisfaction of making your own delicious bread at home with the help of expert baker and teacher Dede Liss. During this two-day course, you will learn all the basic skills of breadmaking, from mixing, kneading and shaping to the final bake – and make at least three loaves of your own to take home with you, including a baguette and bloomer. Ingredients and equipment including aprons are provided, and recipes will also be available to take home with you at the end of the course.

Dede Liss is an experienced baker and breadmaker and a former tutor for the WI at Denman College. Her approach is practical and straightforward, with the emphasis on hands-on learning.
